These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”, “Legal Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you and Cuts Fashion LLC (doing business as Cutsfashion, “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) governing your access to and use of our website https://cutsfashion.com, our products, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

Cutsfashion provides made-to-order products and related customer support services. The Services are intended for use only in jurisdictions where such use is lawful.

Shipping scope & timelines:
We currently ship within the continental United States only.
Order cut-off time is 5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) on business days.
Orders placed after cut-off, on weekends, or on U.S. postal holidays are processed on the next business day.
Delivery time is calculated as Handling Time + Transit Time and is an estimate only.

4. Eligibility & User Responsibilities

By using the Services, you represent that you have legal capacity to enter into these Terms, are not a minor under applicable law, will not use automated means to access the Services, and will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if information provided is inaccurate or misleading.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content available through the Services—including text, graphics, logos, designs, images, videos, software, and overall website appearance (“Content”)—and all related trademarks and branding (“Marks”) are owned by or licensed to Cuts Fashion LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws.

10. Address Accuracy & Delivery

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Cutsfashion is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect address details or carrier redirection requests. Re-shipping fees may apply.

11. Production, Cancellations & Exchanges

Orders begin processing once payment is accepted.
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase at no charge.
After 24 hours, orders enter production and cannot be canceled or modified.
Exchanges and returns are handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policies.

12. Services Management

We may monitor use of the Services, restrict access, remove content, or take legal action if violations of these Terms occur.

13. Availability & Modifications

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Services. Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may cause temporary interruptions. We may modify or discontinue the Services at any time without liability.
