Please note: Items that are used, damaged, washed, or missing original packaging may not qualify for a full refund.

Return Timeframe
All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns made after this period.

  • A copy of your order confirmation or receipt

  • A brief reason for return

  • A photo or video of the item (especially if it arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect)

Our support team will review your request and respond within 72 hours with detailed return instructions.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the issue was caused by our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If the return is due to our mistake, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Exchanges
We’re happy to offer exchanges for items that are:

To request an exchange, please email support@cutsfashion.com with your preferred replacement details. Once approved, we’ll process and ship your new item promptly.

Exceptions & Limitations
Returns may be refused or only partially refunded if:

  • The return request is made after 30 days from delivery

  • The item shows signs of wear, washing, or alteration
