Because most items are made to order, exchanges for customer selection errors cannot be guaranteed once production begins.
If you need to make changes:
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase and place a new order with the correct details

After 24 hours, orders enter production and cannot be modified or exchanged

Orders canceled within 24 hours are eligible for a full refund

Returns & Refund Eligibility
We accept return and refund requests for eligible items within 180 days from the delivery date, subject to the conditions below.
Eligible for Return or Refund
Item arrives damaged, defective, or broken
Incorrect item received
Significant difference between the product received and its online description
Wrong size, design, or material due to fulfillment error
Not Eligible for Return or Refund
Items that are worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer
Products missing original tags or packaging
Minor, fixable imperfections (e.g., loose threads)
Personalized or custom items, unless defective
All returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with valid proof of purchase.

Returns requested for non-defect reasons (change of mind, incorrect size ordered) may require customer-paid return shipping
Refund Request Requirements
To request a refund, please email support@cutsfashion.com and include:
Full name used on the order
Order number
Clear photos of the issue or defect
Proof of purchase (receipt or confirmation email)
Shipping label or carrier receipt (if available)
Preferred resolution (refund or replacement)
Our support team will respond within 2–3 business days with next steps and return instructions if applicable.
Return & Refund Process

Once your request is approved, you will receive an email containing the return address and detailed instructions.
2. Package Preparation
Include a printed order confirmation or receipt
Securely pack the item in its original packaging
3. Shipment
Ship via a reliable postal or courier service
Provide the tracking number to our support team
4. Inspection & Refund
Returned items are inspected within 2 business days of receipt
Approved refunds (including original shipping costs, if applicable) are issued to the original payment method
Please allow 5–10 business days for banks or card issuers to complete processing
