Shipping Partners

To ensure reliable delivery, Cutsfashion works with trusted shipping carriers, including:

  • DHL Express

  • EMS

  • Regional and Local Postal Services (depending on destination)

All orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.


Order Processing & Cut-Off Time

  • Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York) on business days (Monday – Friday) will enter processing on the same day.

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST, on weekends, or during U.S. federal holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Personalized & Custom Orders

Orders that involve customization or made-to-order designs may require additional processing time.

  • Production time depends on design complexity

  • Customers will be notified if extended processing is required prior to shipment


Shipping Coverage & Restrictions

At this time, Cutsfashion ships only within the continental United States.

We do not ship to:

  • Alaska

  • Hawaii

  • Puerto Rico

  • Guam

  • U.S. Virgin Islands

  • APO/FPO or military addresses

  • International destinations


Order Tracking Information

After dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking link.

Please note:

  • Tracking updates may take 3–7 business days to appear after carrier pickup

  • Limited tracking updates may occur if the carrier has not yet scanned the package

  • If your order exceeds the estimated delivery window, please contact us for assistance


Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping details are accurate at checkout.

  • Incomplete or incorrect addresses may cause delays

  • Cutsfashion is not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Packages returned due to address errors may incur additional re-shipping fees

  • Returned parcels may be disposed of by carriers if undeliverable

  • Once shipped, we cannot be responsible for lost, stolen, or redirected packages requested directly through the carrier
