Q: How can I search for products?
A: Use the search bar at the top of the website or browse through categories in the main menu. You can also discover new or featured collections directly on our homepage.
Q: Can I save products for later?
A: Yes. Simply click “Add to Wishlist” on any product page. Your saved items can be accessed anytime through your Cutsfashion account.
Q: How do I know if an item is available?
A: Product availability is shown in real time:
In stock: Add to Cart button is visible
Out of stock: You can subscribe to receive a restock notification
Q: Is guest checkout available?
A: Absolutely. You may check out as a guest using only your shipping and payment details. Creating an account allows order tracking, address management, and access to exclusive offers.
Q: Which payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and major debit cards.
Q: Is my payment information safe?
A: Yes. Cutsfashion uses 256-bit SSL encryption and follows PCI-DSS security standards to protect your personal and payment information.
Q: How do I apply a discount code?
A: Enter your promo code in the “Coupon / Gift Card” field at checkout and click Apply before completing payment.
Q: What should I do if my payment doesn’t go through?
A: Please verify your payment details or try a different payment method. If the issue continues, contact our support team for assistance.
Q: When are orders processed?
A: Orders placed before 5:00 PM (EST) on business days (Monday–Friday) are processed the same day. Orders placed after that time or on weekends and holidays are processed the next business day.
Q: Which carriers are used for delivery?
A: We ship via USPS, DHL Express, EMS, and trusted regional postal partners.
Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: Currently, Cutsfashion ships only within the continental United States. We do not ship to:
Alaska
Hawaii
Puerto Rico
Guam
U.S. Virgin Islands
APO/FPO or military addresses
Q: How can I track my shipment?
A: Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and tracking link. Tracking updates may take 3–7 business days to appear.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Most non-sale items can be returned within 180 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging.

A: Yes. We provide one free size or color exchange per order within the 180-day return period.

Items missing original tags or packaging
Returns requested after 180 days
Q: How do I request a refund?
A: Email support@cutsfashion.com with your order number, issue description, and photos if applicable. Requests are reviewed within 2–3 business days.
Q: When will I receive my refund?
A: Refunds are processed within 2 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Q: What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
A: Please contact us immediately with photos. We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
Q: Can I cancel or change my order?
A: Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, orders enter processing and cannot be changed.
Q: What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
A: Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer are not refundable. Re-shipping fees may apply.
