We understand that plans can change. At Cutsfashion, operated by Cuts Fashion LLC, we provide a clear and time-limited option for customers to cancel or update their orders before production begins.


1) 24-Hour Free Cancellation & Order Changes

You may cancel or request changes within 24 hours of purchase at no additional cost.

Once 24 hours have passed, orders enter made-to-order production and cannot be canceled or modified.

How to submit a request (within 24 hours):

  • Email: support@cutsfashion.com

  • Subject line: “Cancel Order #____” or “Change Order #____”

  • Please include:

    • Order number

    • Exact changes requested (size, color, quantity, shipping address, etc.)

    • Full name on the order

Important: Orders placed after the daily cut-off (5:00 PM Eastern Time) are treated as received on the next business day for processing purposes.
Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. postal holidays.


2) What Can Be Updated Within the First 24 Hours

During the 24-hour window, the following changes may be requested:

  • Shipping details: recipient name, address, phone number

  • Product details: size, color, design option, quantity

  • Shipping method: Standard or Express (price differences may apply)

If a requested change increases the order total, we will provide a secure payment link for the balance.
If a change reduces the total, the difference will be refunded to the original payment method.


3) After 24 Hours (Order in Production)

After the 24-hour window:

  • Orders are locked for manufacturing and fulfillment

  • Cancellations or modifications are no longer possible

If assistance is still needed after production begins, please refer to our Return Policy:

  • Eligible non-sale items may be returned within 180 days of delivery

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags, and include proof of purchase

  • For damaged or incorrect items, approved return shipping is fully covered

4) Shipping Address Accuracy (Very Important)

Please carefully review your shipping details before completing checkout.

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delays while we attempt to contact you

  • Cutsfashion is not responsible for deliveries made to an incorrect address entered at checkout

  • Packages returned or disposed of by the carrier due to address issues may require re-shipping fees

  • Once a package leaves our warehouse, we are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage resulting from customer-requested carrier redirection or forwarding


5) Cut-Off Time & Order Processing

  • Daily cut-off: 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Time (New York)

  • Orders placed before cut-off on business days begin processing the same day

  • Orders placed after cut-off, on weekends, or on U.S. postal holidays begin processing on the next business day
