At Cuts Fashion LLC, we’re dedicated to ensuring that every order reaches you quickly, safely, and with care. This policy explains how we handle processing, shipping, and delivery for all purchases made on cutsfashion.com.

Processing Time
Orders are generally processed within one business day — Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During high-demand periods or special promotions, processing times may take slightly longer, but we’ll always keep you informed along the way.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates
We partner with reliable shipping carriers to make sure your order arrives securely and on schedule:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–4 business days within the contiguous U.S.

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–2 business days (available at checkout for an additional fee)

Please note: Delivery times are based on carrier estimates and may vary due to weather, distance, or other unexpected factors.

Shipping Coverage
Cutsfashion proudly ships to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands, as well as APO/FPO military addresses.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your carrier information, tracking number, and a direct link to track your package in real time.

Risk of Loss and Title
All orders are shipped FOB shipping point, which means the risk of loss transfers to you once the carrier takes possession of the package. Once marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, the order is considered successfully completed.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
If your package appears lost, delayed, or missing, please:

  1. Verify that your shipping address at checkout was correct.

  2. Check with neighbors or household members in case it was received on your behalf.

  3. Contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.

If the issue remains unresolved, please email us at support@cutsfashion.com within seven (7) business days of the expected delivery date, and our team will assist you in investigating the issue.

For stolen packages, we recommend filing a claim directly with the carrier. While replacements aren’t guaranteed, we’ll do our best to support you through the process.

Incorrect Address Policy
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we’ll notify you immediately. You may choose to have the package resent (additional shipping fees may apply) or request a refund (minus the original shipping cost).

Multiple Shipments
For large or multi-item orders, products may ship separately to speed up delivery. You’ll receive individual tracking details for each package.
